☩ OUR VISION ☩
|
At Holy Trinity Reformed Church, our purpose is to proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ and to labor faithfully until Christ is acknowledged as King over all things—our lives, our families, our church, our community, and the nations. Christ is not merely Savior but Lord, and His reign extends to every sphere of life, from the pulpit to the home, from the sanctuary to the public square. We exist to bear witness to this kingship, to call all men everywhere to repentance and faith, and to see the kingdom of God advanced with boldness and clarity in our generation.

Our vision is to establish a covenantal community of believers in south-central Indiana who are deeply rooted in the timeless truths of the Apostolic Order, Catholic Faith, Orthodox Worship, Reformed Theology, and Evangelical Witness. These pillars provide us with a solid foundation for faith and life, guarding us against the shifting sands of modernism, secularism, and apostasy.
In an age marked by moral decay, spiritual confusion, and ecclesiastical compromise, we are committed to building a church that is both doctrinally sound and practically pure. This work requires patience, sacrifice, courage, and steadfast determination. We are not interested in offering shallow entertainment or religious consumerism. Instead, we seek to raise up a people devoted to Christ, shaped by His Word, nourished by His sacraments, and governed by His discipline.
We recognize the challenge of proclaiming Christ in a culture that has largely turned away from Him. Yet we are convinced that the only way forward is backward—back to the historic faith, back to the purity of Reformed theology, back to the strength of apostolic practice. In doing so, we aim to be salt and light in south-central Indiana, shining brightly in a world that is growing ever darker.
Our vision is not only for today but for the generations to come. We long to leave behind a lasting legacy of faithfulness, a church that stands firm when others fall, and a people who hand down the faith once delivered to the saints to their children and children’s children. Our purpose is nothing less than to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ with power, to disciple the nations beginning in our own community, and to see every tongue confess and every knee bow before the King of kings.
