On August 9th, 2020, Pastor Fredrick Boyd (Executive Director) and David Litty (Assistant Executive Director) of the Creation Evidence Expo will be presenting their ministry and a defense for Biblical Creationism at 9:30 am and 10:30 am. About Creation Evidence Expo
The genesis of the Creation Evidence Expo was April 18, 2001 when Dr. Carl Baugh and Pastor Fredrick Boyd, Jr., met. The event was an annual home missions conference at the Bible Baptist Church in Salt Lake City, Utah which brought pastors and missionaries together with pastors preaching and encouraging, and missionaries sharing their needs.
During the conference, Pastor Boyd spoke and dialogued afterward with Dr. Baugh. At that time Pastor Boyd was unaware that Dr. Baugh is one of the leading creationists and hosts a television show, “Creation in the 21st Century”, but the relationship between these men grew. On March 30, 2005, Pastor Boyd again preached at the conference referring to the text, 1 Peter 1:18-19, “We were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold . . . But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” He declared, “I say that all who are in Christ Jesus are ‘blood brothers and sisters’.” From that day, Dr. Baugh referred to Pastor Boyd as his “blood brother”. When he again said, “I know the Lord wants me to come to Indianapolis and work with you on creation,” Pastor Boyd responded, “I would love to work with you Dr. Baugh, but we don’t have the funds to make it happen.” Immediately, the Holy Spirit prompted Pastor Boyd: “You don’t, but I do.” Upon hearing that voice, Pastor Boyd submitted to the Lord‘s will, trusting Him to provide.
On Friday, April 1, 2005, the details were worked out for Dr. Carl Baugh to present at Indianapolis in September, 2005. To Pastor Boyd‘s surprise, the Lord brought together many people who were interested in the topic and/or knew Dr. Carl Baugh. The weekend was a tremendous time of fellowship, preaching, lecturing, and teaching on creation evidence. After this event, the Lord led the men to consider more events on creation evidence in Indianapolis. After much prayer, the Creation Evidence Crusade began in the year 2006, with the first event being held on September 23, 2006 at the Indiana Convention Center. Approximately 2000 attendees came to the one day presentation, hearing the initial presenters: Dr. Carl Baugh, Dr. G. Thomas Sharp, Dr. Charles Jackson, Mr. Nick Lally, Mrs. RoseAnn Salanitri, and others. In 2007, the name was changed from the Creation Evidence Crusade to Creation Evidence Expo.
Since 2007, the Creation Evidence Expo has conducted an annual expo wherein scientists and theologians have presented lectures regarding creationism, and the ministry has held “Expos on the Road” traveling throughout Indiana, three other states, and at least one other country. Since its inception, Creation Evidence Expo has reached over 20,000 individuals with this relevant message, ultimately directing them to the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.

At a young age David Litty took note of the many discrepancies in science that were presented to him and his peers in school. These inconsistencies to David’s faith sparked a passion for the truth and thus began his journey to address these distortions and spread the knowledge of God’s wonders. David’s first undergraduate degrees came from Taylor University in Economics and Biblical Studies. Thereafter followed an Electrical Engineering degree from Purdue University. His education only strengthened his position in God’s Word. Along life’s journey David has traveled the world by way of China, South America, and Africa. David and his family lived in Swaziland, southern Africa, for 4 years as his wife worked as an AIDS/HIV/Tb pediatric doctor. Everywhere David and his family have lived/traveled he has sought out locations and insight to confirm God’s Word and he has taught on the subject of Creation in these locations.
David has a heart to share his journey that pealed back the layers of deception that were presented to him in science. Once the evidence is presented, it is up to those that would listen to follow their conscience with this knowledge.
